Our Mission
The mission of GCA Summer Camp is to offer an educational and fun summer experience. We strive to provide the perfect combination of engaging, hands-on activities, and educational enrichment that allow campers to develop their interest and skills.

Goals
* To Provide a variety of activities, exciting trips, games and sports
* To involve campers in cooperative learning and group problem solving
* To encourage campers to make positive choices
* To create an interesting and entertaining environment.

Weekly Themes
Each week will have different themes with corresponding trips.
Some of the themes are:
* Freedom and Liberty
* Dance, Hip Hop, Ballet, Jazz and More
* Dinosaurs and Science Experiments
* Sports Week
* Martial Arts Week
* Drama and Acting Week
Each day they will go to the park to play and enjoy the sprinklers
Older children can enjoy a game of baseketball, wiffle ball, skateboarding, and etc.

We'd like to introduce you to the Gateway City Academy Summer Camp. Our summer day camp is located in the heart of Bay Ridge Brooklyn, New York in a magnificent area complete with our famous Owls Head Park and Verrazano Bridge Bike Path and Park.
We have a complete sports activity program including softball, basketball, soccer, football, dance and martial arts. We are even located near a well known skateboarding park! In addition, we have a creative, well rounded program including improvisation, an adventure/ nature/ challenge program.
Besides our regular camp geared to our six through ten years olds, there are many other special programs. Our Pre-K and Kindergarten program is for our four and five year olds who are going to experience everything the older children will and go on adventures of their own.
The GCA Summer Camp Program will include a weekly day trip. Some of our trips include the following: Aquarium, Cyclones, Games, Statue of Liberty, Bounce U, Central Park Amusement Park, NY Hall of Science, Museum of Natural History and more. Each day the children will go to the park to play and enjoy the sprinklers. The older children can enjoy a game of basketball, wiffle ball, skateboarding and etc.
